CCM provides the offshore wind industry with an innovative, cost-saving and fully circular monopile hard cover. The construction consists of fiber reinforced polyester panels which are bolted to a metal frame. It is a new and true circular concept whereby panels are not recycled but actually reused.
CCM covers are tailormade and can be adjusted to the specific needs of the contractors and their offshore personnel. The ingenious design makes the CCM hardcover capable to match the most deviant key performance requirements of any project. The covers can be adapted to other diameter monopiles for different offshore windfarms.
In the offshore wind industry, reuse is a key to a sustainable future. That is why we have developed a reusable flange cover that extends the lifespan of crucial components while minimizing waste. These flange covers will be available again in the course of 2025 for use in other offshore wind farms.
